These terms govern the purchase and use of the Dark Fantasy System, a 100% digital product (PDF guide and bonus prompt files) sold by The Red Prince (@uncrownedreigns). By purchasing or using the product, you accept these terms in full.

The Dark Fantasy System is an educational digital guide covering AI image creation, editing and social media growth. It is delivered instantly after payment as a downloadable file. No physical item is shipped.

The price is $19 as a one-time payment, displayed at checkout before purchase. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We never store your card details.

Access is granted immediately after successful payment, via download link and/or email. If you do not receive your file, contact us and we will resend it.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own creative work, including commercial work you produce yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, share, republish or repackage the guide, its prompts or any part of it.

All content, text, images and prompts remain the property of the author. Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in access being revoked without refund.

The guide shares methods and personal experience. Results depend on your own effort, consistency and the platforms you use. No specific audience growth, views or income is guaranteed.

The methods described rely on third-party services such as Midjourney, Instagram and TikTok. We are not affiliated with them and are not responsible for changes to their pricing, features or policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the guide, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
